Very rapid progress! The ones I started a few months ago, their traps are still really tiny... a couple millimeters or so.
Great pics!

Thanks guys.
The progress with these plants might have to do with the strains that i'm growing.
These pots were sown with seeds from 3 different types of giant flat rosetted VFTs.
The seeds were bonus items from a BCP order.

These pots are now in grave danger of becoming 'Survivor Pots'. Will have to repot these soon, lest these pots fulfill the Highlander motto of "There can be only one!" dvg

Hi DVG - Looking great! I like letting a few of the bullies take over a pot before I separate individuals out. It let me know which are the strongest in my conditions. It's like a very slow gladiatorial battle. I just took my seeds that I potted up in December out of the fridge. I didn't think the very low temps in my grow area were going to suit them for germination, which I am now waiting for. I only hope mine look as happy as yours.

Haha! I like the way you think Apoplast! Mebbe i should just let them fight it out... ...survival of the fittest - all red in tooth and claw. As i found out with this latest batch, VFTs seeds don't require a cold stratification and they do very well on a seedling heating mat. Good luck to you with your seeds there Sir. dvg

...survival of the fittest - all red in tooth and claw. Very nice DVG! Interesting they don't need stratification. I hope I have not reduced their viability with the long stratification. I've already got the seedling mat in use for chile seeds, so that'll probably be out. But it's a good tip for the future. Thanks!
