If you're worried, put a towel or blanket over the bench. It can really make a difference.

...seedlings are fine. Wish I could say the same for my tomatoes. Lost a bunch even though I covered them all with buckets and pots.

...seedling flower #15. This one looks yellowish and the ovary in the flower is yellowish as well, not the typical green. There will still be more! Thanks for looking! 107 Jun 16 by Gabriel Pona, on Flickr ...some of these are producing third and fourth flower stalks, they are not aborting. Very strange.

...here are some more seedling flowers, this one is the original #7 in this thread and will be #18, flowering again and probably several more times. I have already collected (and sown) seeds from this one. It is the only flower that has produced seeds. (only 6) 005 Jul 10 by Gabriel Pona, on Flickr ...sorry for the crappy pic. I really have to get some real photography equipment and not just use my phone. ...this is #19, originally #10 in this thread, flowering again 030 Jul 10 by Gabriel Pona, on Flickr I have cross pollinated these two. Previous writings have suggested that seedlings that flower will abort and die. This has not been the case here. My seedlings are continuing to grow and flower. I will post only one more flower and then will stop. It will be #20. Thank You for looking. G.

...I will not post more flowers, even though they're almost constant. I thought I'd post a couple of pics of seedlings that were busy growing and not flowering. These are Y11 and F6 (per my current labelling system). Germination in both, the F and Y batches occurred around December 20, 2014. That would make these about 8 months old. ...the Y11 traps are just shy of the 1 5/8" mark so I cannot enter my own contest. The smaller pics are from March. I'm just getting familiar with Photobucket, all dates are there but they don't show up here. Cheers and Happy Growing!

...I know I said I wouldn't post any more but here is one more, #20. The only reason I'm putting it up is because it's flowering so late in the season. ...I know it was supposed to be the end, but today I came home to find this. This Dionaea, growing in my greenhouse (all windows open) was exposed to -4 (nightime) temps two weeks ago when we had a cold spell. The one bud didn't make it but the other one did. Dionaea Muscipula flower stalks and buds are capable of surviving below zero temps. Strange info since they flower in the spring but I thought I would just make it known. Pic taken today. [/URL
...I will revive this thread in the spring when some of these start waking up. Thanks for looking.
