I keep trying to guess what these seedlings are. Nepenthes jamban maybe? Cephalotus follicularisLook at the difference in pitcher size on this Nepenthes hamata. The large pitcher in focus is only the third pitcher to open after the tiny one in the foreground. Well... it's growing! A tiny Nepenthes villosa.

Gorgeous plants, and I love the way you photograph/filter stuff ; the photos appear a bit soft, rather than with harsh contrast and it looks great on CPs. I find that too many people photograph them as a mean of documenting/showing off, rather than taking in consideration the aesthetics.

Nice stuff there Avery.
Your villosa is very lush and healthy looking.
Hope that one really grows well for you too!

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments. Nepenthes dubia (Gunung Talamau): Nepenthes ventricosa - really enjoying this one. It grows very well and is an attractive looking plant. Not sure what this one is, but it's just opened a new pitcher and made a huge jump in leaf size. Juvenile Heliamphora pulchella: Not in my terrarium, but these are some Dionaea plants growing outside. The majority of them were bought about a month ago from the grocery store. I am looking forward to next summer once they're well established.

Here's an update, Nepenthes tenuis opening up its first pitcher: Seed grown plant- seed sold as Nepenthes maxima: Seed grown plant- seed sold as Nepenthes izumiae: Unknown Nepenthes: Nepenthes argentii: New setup: various Pinguicula on lava rock- just settling in: Utricularia reniformis: Nepenthes villosa: Nepenthes glabrata, unsure of whether it's liking it or not: Nepenthes hamata definitely not liking it... I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Days were quite hot this summer, a few times pushing high 80's fahrenheit in the terrarium, but always with a fairly sufficient night drop- and for only a few days at a time. I'm sure it'll bounce back this fall- unless the issue is mites or something else. ?? It seems to be trying to push out a couple new growth points, so we'll see: And lastly this Nepenthes jacquelineae was pretty badly heat damaged during shipping... It's a lovely clone (BE 3093) and cost a few, so I'm really hoping it sends out an offshoot:

Really nice plants, and the pots are interesting. Looks like you've pierced regular pots with a soldering iron to make net pots. I have never been that interested in Utrics, but maiden sent me a few and they are growing on me.

Those are some great looking plants Avery. I feel the thing about heat. My macrophylla has stopped growing and is looking stressed due to heat.
