It's been a while since I've posted photos of my plants, so here's some new photos. Many of my pings have gone dormant, but there's a few new arrivals from BCP that are doing well. My setup in the corner of the laundry room Trays of Pings P. moranensis "alba", dormant P. jaumavensis. All from pullings from the same plant, but with some variation in colours. P. gracilis P. esseriana. Finally. I've been coaxing these guys along from leaf pullings for about 2 years! P. "Weser". Always colourful. P. rotundiflora x moctezumae. A vigorous hybrid that grows like crazy. I just divided a plant and will have a dozen or so for trade in the spring. P. moctezumae P. zecheri, from the fall BCP order. P. ANPA A, from BCP P. "Guatemala" from BCP. Looks like a moranensis to me! Not too exciting, but I visited Guatemala last spring so this is a memento.

Love them all! The weser really grabbed my eye though.
I think I use the same lights as you.

Nice setting Hal ! Your plants are going to be well in there.
I really like your flowering moctezumae. Mine are still far away from it.
I'll try to post a pic of my zecheri, they seem different but it is perhaps because we have different light type.

Hi Hal - Wow, nice pings! Those are looking very happy. That's one of the largest racks of pings I have seen. I'll have to direct a friend to that post, he's going to be so jealous! Out of curiosity what is hiding in the take-away containers on the bottom rack?

Thanks everyone! Apoplast - those take-out containers are full of "The Three Sisters" D.schizandra, D. adelae and D prolifera. I put divisions in there with some live sphagnum moss, water them, and just let them go for a few months before opening them up to trim the moss back and give them a bit more water. They seem to thrive on neglect and like the low light at the end of the shelves. There's more containers to the right behind the Cyperus. I have 8 of them going now. There's a thread here with some photos of them: ocps.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=sundews&action=display&thread=4901Mmmmm. Festive Special.
