Hi Devon - Great picture! Creative and bold in your efforts as always. And, perhaps more importantly, making me feel insecure about posting pictures on this site. So thanks for that!

Thanks Apop!! Here are some more from today. I used the same technique as last time, accept that I did it indoors. It's hard to get all of them to have the same white balance, but I think the difference in each one makes them a little more interesting. Here is the set up - also cat: farm9.staticflickr.com/8455/8036504399_35da8e3473_c.jpgThe lights would be off during the photo. D. adelae. These plants are seed grown, and are still kind of adjusting to the low humidity. You can see how often the leaves die by looking at the bottom of the picture. Someone told me this pic looked "dirty", if you know what I mean. . . And now, D. x obovata "Ivan's Paddle" Different lighting and angle Drosera scorpioides (Albany, Australia). I could not decide between these two photos which was the better one. Different lighting and angle Thanks for looking!

That first D. scorpioides is just incredible. OCPS 2013 calendar, anyone? As are all the other photos. Thanks for sharing. Thank you so much! That's a good idea, though. OCPS calendar.

Hi Devon - You have outdone yourself with that first photo of D. scorpioides! It's exceptional. Your previous pictures have been fantastic detail shots and technically well done, but this one is art.
