Hi Devon,
The sarr pics are really neat and clear. Great pics.
I find the VFT pics too dark in comparison with your older pics.
Have a nice time with your new cam, let me know how you like it.

Thank you for the compliments Cpgeek, James, and Petmantis. Here's one more pic for the week. I got the D. regia from Peatmoss about a month ago I guess.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh! Cute!
You owe me a root cutting when it gets huge eh? I froze the main plant to death, and yours is now the only surviving member of that clone... It looks to be doing awesome though!

Just let it grow, then clip off a root when they start growing out of the bottom of the pot. They do not enjoy repotting.

Don't know if they will work on regia. I'm pretty sure only big easy strikes leaf cuttings.

I tried this method when my King was crashing in the beginning of the summer. The roots cuttings strike but the leaves turned black rapidly. I think that to have a leave cutting strike with a regia, you must be pretty lucky or is it specific to a clone type ?

how old were the leaves? Maybe it depends on the age of the leaf.

Mmmm, sorry I can't remember exactly. It was a 25 cm long by 1 cm large leaf. There was only a little bit of dark at the tip (1-2 mm). I cut it in 8 part of 3-4 cm and put half of them under T5 and the other on my north facing windows. In both spot, roots cutting strike but the leaf turn dark ... That's almost all I remember.
