Labine, I'm no expert on these plants, by any means. But, that said, in my expert opinion, I'd say you probably do have a reducta. We both got our plants from the same vendor and I don't know if Michael Szesze even had tatei's. I can see the wax on a leaf in the new photo. The stripe pattern looks very similar to my reducta and the leaf shape on the newest leaves looks like my reducta. Besides the tatei leaf is very broad compared to the reducta. If it waxes like a reduc, and it's leaf is shaped like a reduc and it's striped like a reduc...it's probably a reducta. That's all I've got.

There was a few B. reducta plants around a few collection in montreal a few years ago, but i dont know if anyone still got it... Perhaps Martin would know, but it has been a while since i saw him here

Yes Martin hasn't been active on the boards in close to a year. But he did sign on in the past week. It'd be nice to see Martin back here again.

Labine, I have only heard of propagation of them through seed or separating the offshoots, from the mother plant, once they are large enough.
