All nine plants are seed grown F2 from Triffid Nurseries....note the differences in these young plants...the one at middle left with the big traps looks particularly promising. Two years old.

Nice robust plants, CurlingGuy... you're doing something right.
The variation between plant forms in VFT always amazes me. No two seedlings ever seem to turn out the same.

A bunch of beauties you have there!! I like the variation that seed grown plants provide. What kind of lighting are you using?

look great, but remember with ANY seed grown plants of just about any form or cultivar, the resulting offspring can not be called by the cultivar name. At best you can refer to them as B-52 F2 with giant vft in particular I have been told by various VFT breeders that the seedlings are not all giants. Must admit plants are looking good though, great colour. if I didn't know what you were striving for, I'd say my favourite in the batch is the middle one on the top row, smaller traps, but blood red and good contrast to the pale green rosette! Good growing, Sib

thanks about adding this part Syb, i was about to write it myself...
Please note that even if you can't call it with the cultivars name, some caracters can be transmitted down to the offsprings, although there's will be variations and some will not be seen before you hit the third generation of inbreeding (F3). So selfing a VFT cultivars will not exactly give you a 'typical', but i can't be called only by the cultivars name either. Color, shape and others caracters will be transmitted, but since it will not be an exact duplicate of the plants (genetically and morphologically), you have to name it 'distinctly', even if they are very alike.
Your plants look like killer VFT Curlingguy, Wow! Especially the one at '9 o'clock'
