For my baby Nep, should I cut off the un-healthy pitchers (in the picture below)? There is a few of them there. I just think that if I did, the nutrients would be used up better elsewhere. And on that note... My mature Nep has an abundance of baby pitcher formations on it, 20 or so, and they are mostly small, much smaller than the healthy reddish one at the bottom left of the pic below. Is it best to just let the plant do its thing? again... I just think that the nutrients would be used up better elsewhere.

the photo isn't working for some reason. if it has unhealthy pitchers isn't it safe to say that the nutrients are going elsewhere?
