...ooh, this doesn't look good. The moss looks too dry and the plant itself is either dying or has started its dormancy. I would pot it up in a good peat/sand mix and keep it in a cool place for dormancy. It may come back in the Spring, hard to say. Good luck.

She has distilled water, so thats at least a one good thing.
it's not in a peat:sand mix.
it has a south facing window.
I am uncertain the watering method, but it is getting some. just not enough. clearly.

I still have hope for it, but you are right, worse case scenario, try again.
