Can I use this light bulb for my vft or is it too strong? If it is I'll likely buy a light bulb made for plants.

nop, it's not that strong. 6W, 378 lumens is just okay for plants, maybe enough for 1 vft?

You want 6500K for good vegetative growth. Also I'm not sure of the spectrum of white LED'S, might not be ideal. + wattage is low.
T5HO's are my choice.

I use LED it germinated seeds, plants grew well and new growth seemed a little faster if the lights were closer to the plant

Plants are unlikely to thrive under this type of lighting. T5 or high power blue and red LED's are more suitable for VFTs.

Well my Big Jaws broke the rules under the LED light it went from 3 traps to 7 in a summer!
