I did the refrigerator method for dormancy like always and this year in particular they lack vigorous spring growth since being repotted in the last week of March from their old soil to new peat/perlite mixture and since reviving them they remained slow growing and not even one trap has opened yet and continuous amounts of flower stems keep growing. I'm wondering if I took them out too early or what the issue could be .

Are they outside in the sun? Maybe cut the flower buds off (unless you want seeds) and hopefully leaves will form.

Were they moved in the fridge or taken out at any time?
