Seems to be getting the job done. I have just been using 6500K CFL bulbs seems to be working. Does that container have any ventilation?

CFL is awesome, just be careful with the temperature. It's enclosed, just a chocolate box really! Check out my new hatching incubator, it's a eggs container from dollarstore, and I really like how I can divide up to 12 different kinds of seeds!

That's a great (Cheap!) idea! I used to Use Red/Blue Led lights but they never lasted that long. CFLs are fairly cheap and if they burn out I just steal one from one of the light fixtures around the house lol.
