Look at big box stores, nurseries, even Loblaws (vft's)

Unfortunately there are no specialty nurseries supplying carnivorous plants in Toronto. However, the stores Lloyd has mentioned might have Venus Flytraps or Nepenthes. Humber Nurseries has Sarracenia hybrids - Dana's Delight and Scarlet Belle labelled as Dana's Delight. Sometimes a few sundews. Your best source of plants is the trading post here and group orders from abroad.
The only nursery in Canada currently carrying a wide range of carnivorous plants is Hawaiian Botanicals in BC. Great people, great plants, but you'll probably need to wait a month until it's warm enough for plants to be shipped.
The last time I was at Canada Blooms there was one vendor with a half dozen CPs, but that was five years ago or more.
