I was curios, I read on the ICPS that 4100k is good to use, I was wondering if a combination of 3000k & 4100k bulbs would be better then a combo of 6500k & 3000k, anyone have a opinion or compelling evidence that the first combo is better then the other combo ?

Makes 0 difference. No matter how they market it, colour temperature is just a measurement of the reflected light to our eyes. The usable photosynthetic radiation for the plants doesn't change much between them. That's when cri and lumen output start coming into play, which is a whole other conversation
