Since I don't have a species specific question, I may be asking a repeat... I am wanting to repot binata, adelae, alicae, paradoxa, and capensis alba
I guess I am second guessing any knowledge I may have because 2 of them came from the supplier in live spaghnum... I have a sundew appropriate silica sand and peat already I can use. Also, I divided capensis seedlings and had a lot of success in doing so ( "little forest of dew" lol), are they all that resilient for repot or transplant?

You can't usually go wrong with 2:1 peat:silica for Drosera. I've grown all those Drosera in that mix and they did just fine.
It would be nice to see what others are using as well.

I've grown all the species that you mentioned in pure long fibre sphagnum with success.

...I have found that D. Capensis seedlings are almost impossible to kill! Like Mr. D'Amoto wrote in his book, Drosera Capensis can become a weed in your collection. From my limited experience I have found that they are very resilient to almost anything. Cheers!

I use closer to a 1:1 for most 'dews. I've also recently been mixing the silica 1:2:1 (#8, #12 and #16), more because I can than to promote growth. Some resources recommend pure LFS for D. adelae but mine does well with the bottom half of the pot peat/sand and the top half LFS. Others (except for outside 'dews) I top dress with silica and live moss. I use the online resources Sundew Grow Guides and the ICPS web site for species-specific tweaks.
