At most you could sell them for $5-6 each. Also the effort of keeping them alive till you could sell a significant number of them would bankrupt you. You might as well grow them from seed.

About the news, it is just crazy. Perhaps a competitor but as Lloyd mentioned, I don't see how it can end being a really lucrative robbery.
