All someone would need to do is watch for some one buying at least 5 bales of sphagnum peat,
A lot of pots,
Perlite or sand and a lot of it
I am guessing they want to keep these alive to sell so they would buy lots of lights
a astronomical light bill powering all those lights.
Might be bold enough to try and sell to stores and nurseries cheap
They also might sell on the street for cheaper than anyone can match
And look for dead plants in the trash out of 1000 a few would die unless they had help getting them ready for sale
