Its definitely not P. laueana and to me it looks like P. moranensis or a hybrid with moranensis.

I have a couple of moranensis varieties that look just like that. As well as the flower difference, laueana tends to have narrower, more almond-shaped leaves and they don't get as floppy.

Mmmm, seems rather like a Moranensis to me too ...
Like you said especially because of the white blotch and also the leave shape. They are really big. My laueana are usually much smaller and unbending.

Thank you all for the input! It would appear that what I have is one of the myriad varieties of the moranensis complex. Now I understand why Peter D'Amato of California Carnivores just assigns a letter to each unidentified variety! Separating this complex into possible subspecies, forms, and varieties must be a time consuming and exacting nightmare for a botanist.
