Ceph flower closeup in case you're curious (clickable for larger size) H. nutans from Lloyd. Heli's haven't done too well for me in my highland tank, but recently this guy put up a pretty nice pitcher. Thanks for looking!

I can't recall ever seeing a Heli flower from that angle before. Very interesting.

very very nice!! We can see the pollen production starting from the stamens. if I were you...I would collect some it...and try selfing the plant once the stigma matures.

Lloyd - It's doing great, but for a time it looked a little down. Hopefully it will start picking up speed. dvg - It's a Ceph flower vraev - I took this pic a few weeks ago, and I did try to pollinate it. So far I have only harvested a disappointingly small amount of seeds from it, but it's better than none!
