well, my VFTs are sprouting back from their dead leaves, but it's still january! They've been in dormancy since early october and i understand that it has been three months, but aren't they supposed to be in dormancy untill late febuary or something? i always put them in front of an open window where's it very cold, but still not below feezing point every day, but they're sprouting back already! it this ok?

It's ok for them to be growing slowly this time of year. If the growth isn't fast robust growth, it's pretty normal for them to put out some growth now that the days are getting longer again.
