How is the airflow? Is it enough, does it pass? I feel a very light breeze inside the box area and its definitely hitting the plant indirectly but very mild. ??

Is that a Venus flytrap? If so, you don't need the terrarium. You can just use the lights to grow it, it'll get more air circulation that way.
Good luck.

lol its not a terrarium but it really does look enclosed now that u mention it, the whole front part is open and lots of space in the back. I just had scrap material to work with to make a decent light fixture. So even just a little mild breeze from the fan is good enough for air circulation?

Oh yeah... how long should i have it on for? Is a couple hrs a day enough? I really dont want mold to set in, I always fill about 1.5cm of water in the tray right away when it dries..!?!?

Yes, the time you allow the fan on per day is fine. If that is a Venus Fly trap, then you don't have to worry over much about humidity unlees it is at 20% or less in winter. You can grow flytraps fine just sitting on a windowsill. Most carnivorous plants are fine with the water they stand in going dry a few days between replenishing it,as this more closely mimics the conditions they get in bogs. And some, such as venus flytrap, nepenthes, and cephalotus do not like to stand in water for any length of time.
