Fair warning, my flowers were/are 13(33cm) inches to the first flower, and another 8 inches (20cm) to the next, so find a way to train them to grow sideways and not upwards. Careful, they aren't very flexible, but not as brittle as you'd think. I only got two flowers, so there's not much room for error. But they won't bend when small, nor older for that matter, no pressure, just proceed with caution Good luck, I'll post pics tomorrow

Good news! Another heli I have is sending up a flower scape! I might get a second chance at polinating it. Any suggestions are more than welcome

its my understanding that with helis they can be self pollinated, but its the time delay that makes it difficult, so you'll have to collect pollen and store it until the next flower opens. sib

um.... my Heli Minor is having flower, should i let it flower or cut it?
if i let it flower, will it weaken the plant and eventually die?
