Hi, I was wondering if Drosera Venusta was one of the faster moving (capturing prey) sundews. Thanks, Devon Blomquist

D. pauciflora is also considered one of the fastest moving.

D. scorpioides is the other fast one.
I made a list of the fastest last year. The four on my list were D. burmannii, glanduligera, pauciflora and scorpioides. I consider burmannii and sessilifolia very similar. In fact they can hybridize to produce sterile offspring. They at one time may have been the same plant, before the land masses separated.
