Who can resist snapping some photos when they're co-operating (then ya want to get a few lolha). Nice now that they are getting older, its looking like i have at least one male in each group (though still uncertain about the giant blues). Hopefully this winter will be a busy and productive one :cheesy: Microspot auratus leuc male citronella female citronella (might luck out and she may stay spotless!) azureus male(currently have 2 pairs breeding yay!!) powderblue male i believe patrica tinct pair. What do you think? Sib

Those leuc's and your your male azureus are stunning. They really look like they are just freshly painted creations made of modern plastic, just cause I've never seen them ever move. They must be a delight and I bet they and the rabbits keep you hoppin'.

Thanks guys, the rabbits don't keep me nearly as busy as these guys, I'm up to 30 now? and in acouple weeks I'll have another 6-8? Not counting tads. Up to 17 azureus tads now and counting, due for another clutch or two from them soon. I guess I lucked out in the respect that I have two pairs successfully breeding with no agression to each other or egg killing. The azureus is what i started with a couple years ago, then i got costarican auratus (then shortly after unsuccessful breeding lost the adult female, only have a young pair left will need to get a few more), and have been picking up groups of 4 or so seams like every few months starting round december of 07 So in theory things should start to get interesting in the fall/winter here. What darts did you keep? Seams to be super hard to get the ones i like hehe. Thanks sib

I'm think that I'm going to have to redo the bottom of my tank... the "little" fern that I put in there is taking over the whole tank... and it sends out these "runners from hell" that turn into new plants. Just brutal. You hardly ever see the frogs except at feeding time (funny thing... Sophia says the same thing about me ). Any suggestions as to what I can put in there that will stay relatively small? >>> Rick <<<
