Hi guys this is my ceph tank, on the left is the gyant ceph and on the right is the typical ceph. now check this out my gyant ceph is putting out a little baby cheers Xavier

nice little ceph forest you got going there dude. Great job!! Mine have gotten quite a few pitchers but their color is no where close to yours.

yeah....but my issue is problems with heat if I get too much light.

Try the Sunblaster HO. You can have your plants 8 inches away from the light and they still get great light condition. I have 4 x 4 footers in the basement and my neighbors are asking me what the heck is going on there. It's like high noon in my basement all the time.

yeah! but those are the T5 lights. T5 lights can generate heat of 145F by themselves. Insanely hot but good light output. Growing plants under them in a basement is good as the temps still remain moderate....but i will be moving to like the 14th floor in my new apartment which doesn't have AC. I am already considering the issues with heat that I will face. The plants have gotten used and loved the cooler basement temps in my house.

yup! I feel the hot stab!! ALready some of the light tubes have died and my plants are in the dark...I have to take measures fast. I am still unsure of what I willl end up doing as I don't have too much time to shop around.
