From my limited experience, Sarrs seem to be very slow growing. From the picture, I'm guessing 2 or 3 years old.

Man, you folks are brutal!!!

I was just guessing psitt based on the weird beaky-ness and spreading nature of the pitchers, but I would totally have to defer to Jay at this point, it will take some time to truly make a good guess on it- keep it growing and re-post a pic in a while and it might be more clear

And heavy metal woudln't hurt it either
