Looks like either its a lack of light or its being kept too wet. Could be both. Looks more like lack of light to me! You may need a better location where it will get more light troughout the day! Or supply it with artificial light.

Well the soil is pretty wet all the time, anyway to make it not so wet?

If you are using the tray method you may have to stop and jsut water it once a day or something like that. But I am leaning toward light too. It looks pretty weak.

not so wet soil can be solve by lowering the level of water it is sitting in.......or add more perlite to mix to make it more airy........or both....and slowly move it into the sun....in shaded area one day...next day a little more out...over a week get it into full son..
