I was feeding my plants today. The leuco's are so sticky and gooey the betta pellets wouldn't go down. In fact the old ones from the spring were still sitting near the lip. I took a big syringe filled with distilled water. Then I took about 5 betta pellets with a forceps and placed them in the water filled tip. You have to have the tip up or the pellets float into the syringe. Then I quickly shot the pellets into the pitcher with about 5 cc or more of water washing down the sides. Afterward I could see the pellets way down in the pitcher floating on a little bit of water. Of course I had to wash my hands afterward as they were so sticky.
