As you guys know, I'm always on the lookout for new frogs for my tanks and low and behold my new find! Strange enough I found them at a local feed store! The pair is in isolation for a few days yet, but had to snap a photo for yas! Pine Barren Treefrogs This picture was taken after he jumped in some water, but they have a beautiful silver overcast to them really, looks lamost like someone hit them with a bit of silver spraypaint. Thanks, Sib

Attractive frog there Sib. Is that one full grown or still young?

near full size I'd say, bout an inch and a half and they max out by 2 inches I think I read? at anyrate they are a small one, which is good, don't need any whites sized frogs to clean out my tanks! Thanks, Sib

frogs get a bit of varriety, but mostly crickets. I do also have fruitflies for the young ones and plants, but they also get slugs, wax worms, silkworms, and the odd insect that crosses my path but I cannot feed to a plant. Thanks, Sib

I was in my greenhouse yesterday, and noticed a baby pacific treefrog "sleeping" in a mess of dormant baby VFTs. So nice to see a new generation of my favourite plants and animals - VFTS and frogs :-)

lol! I would freak out if something sat on my baby VFT's. lol! I see how hard it is to grow these by seed. They are absilutely tiny.
