Hey All. Jon here from Winnipeg. I've been growing plants in general since I was a wee lad barely able to talk. And only started into CP's within probably the last 10 years or so. I must say I was learning about them on my own, from trial and error, and killed off many of them. But thankfully deaths become fewer with the gaining of knowledge. I love the forum here, and look forward to learning even more. My grow list at the moment is quite small limited to a couple VFT's, 1 no-name Nep, 1 ping moranesis, 1 pitcher plant, and the weed known as Sundew Adelae. It would be bigger had I not been introduced to orchids within the last 3 years. Jon

Hey Jon, glad you started an intro thread, pleased to "meet" you There should be PLENTY of opportunities for you to expand your collection- you might want to offer some of that D.adelae up for trade, a lot of folks are without that species (I have it but it's only now getting out of control ) Might have to wait til the weather gets warmer but do stick around

Thanks for the welcome all. you might want to offer some of that D.adelae up for trade, a lot of folks are without that species Speak of the devil, I actually just planted up some babies from the mother plant that decided to make its own 'root cuttings' naturally(The lower leaves sometimes like to hang into the water. lol). I'll keep them growing all winter long and see if anyones interested in them in spring. Jon
