Hi, my names David and I live in Fruitvale, British Columbia, Canada. I work for our provincial auto insurer as a claims adjuster- detemining who was at fault for a crash and stuff like that.
Been collecting Carnivorous plants since summer 2005. A friend's son was collecting them and I got interested in them after seeing his.
Got some plants from buying at our local mall (VFT's- typical and dente) and have also got some plants via purchasing and trades etc- check out my grow list for what I got and where.
Have been married since 1986 and have two sons- currently 15 and 12 years old.
God- I 'm getting old. ;D

Better to be "getting old" than "being old!"

Welcome to the group. My older kids are in university. However you are no older than your latest CP's. That's why you have to keep getting new ones.

It's about time you intro'd yourself! Glad to see another Westcoaster here. Even more glad to see another one of my vintage... and like Lloyd my older kid is in University. And "old" is not just a frame of mind... it's also a nice way of saying "I'm to tired to cut the lawn today...can you kids do it"

Thanks for the question Mabudon-
I enjoy curling so, when I had to come up with a username, Curlingguy seemed like a good fit.
Our new season just started this past week.....

Hi Curlingguy,
You'd get along great with my father. He's curled for about 45 years and although I don't play, I enjoy the game.
When my neps are slow growing, I yell "HURRY HARD" at them, and when they get up to the lights, I have to yell "WHOA... RIGHT OFF!"
