Greetings, y'all. I'm not Canadian, but I am a neighbor. And my thirst for knowledge has driven me to monitor every forum I find. I think that the closer one can come to assimilating ALL experiences of ALL cp-ers, the better off they'll be trying to care for their own plants. I'm just re-starting a collection: thus far, I have 4 actual Drosera, and several species of seeds. I love, and will attempt to cultivate, all cps. But I must admit my primary focus is Australian species. Looking forward to constructive conversation. setep (Ron Ruppel)

Hey, noticed you signed up at our southern counterpart, welcome aboard!! The forums have been a tad "slow" lately, since most of the folks here get really busy with the outdoors in summer, but everyone still checks in regularly- a lot of us are trying experiments on keeping various species outdoors in our frosty clime, so if you are ever wondering what can and cannot live outside, we should have more data as time goes by- I have already broken a bunch of "rules" myself and others here are doing the same, so constructive conversation should happen as it comes up Thanks for actually taking the time to register and post here, looking forward to sharing the experience with as many folks as possible

Hey, all - Sorry I seemed to drop off the map. The shortcut here got lost in an unruly favorites list. Thank y'all for the welcome. I see several folks I know here. Insectivore - They are as follows: D. paradoxa, Montana var. Montana, admirabilis ceres, sessilifolia - plus, now you can add D. adelae, for a total of 5! (takin' off like a rocket here ) Plus, several genera and species as seeds, either planted or stratifying. I've now re-organized my favorites list and will be keeping up to date here.
