Quick question about feeding. How much do I feed, how often do I feed and what do I feed? I've read about people feeding koi pellets with good results, are Neps like flytraps where they need motion to get the digestive juices flowing? I'm going to assume no because don't they have a small well of juices at the bottom of the pitchers?

Sinking betta pellets have worked for me in the past, but now I mostly just spray the plant, especially around the pitchers, with minimum strength orchid fertilizer, following that up with a misting of water to further dilute the fertilizer on the surface. I do this once or twice a week.
Also, about once a month some room temperature black coffee gets poured around the plants crown until it starts to drain out the container bottom, flushing with water a few days later.

Ok thanks, I'll test out all these things over time and see which works best

The Nepenthes I bought has been thriving in it's little tank. I spray it with heavily diluted African Violet food and then spray it down with R/O water (I know I was told to get Orchid food but I couldn't find it at the time, I might try that eventually too) every once and a while and it seems to enjoy it because it started growing very fast after I did this, it made a new pitcher that's fully formed now. I also tried feeding betta pellets and nothing really seemed to come of that so I think I'll keep doing the spray thing. I keep the tank at 70% humidity at all times with a small grow bulb for light. Also I bought a new one because I went to the same store I bought the first one at and this one was different so I had to get it. I'm not sure what species it is and I was hoping I could get help IDing it When I bought it the plant only had one pitcher, it's since started making this lil' baby one This pitcher has grown like 4x in size since I brought this fella home. Also as you can see, it got repotted in a weird way, I hope that won't be an issue

This looks like Nepenthes x ventrata to me. It's a hybrid between a Nepenthes in the alata family (most probably N. graciliflora) and N. ventricosa.
