Started playing with a fractal program for fun in 2005. now i have 7 different programs i can use to generate images, and animations. this was designed using a combination of Ultra fractal 5, and Mandelbulb 3D. Here's one that really stands out. both faces came from the same animation. 2 mirrored layers merged from opposite sides creating 2 separate faces in the process Here is the animation for these 2 faces. here is an animation i did with Mandelbulb 3D And 2 more faces made with Chaoscope

Cool. I like the second to last of this post - the blue chaoscope. It doesn't remind me of a face but that of an urn. It would be neat if it could be 3D printed with matching colours. Is that even doable? I guess not all technology is the work of the devil Cheers

Take a step back, look for something angry. ***Minor correction*** The program used for this one was "Apophysis 7x" If anyone is interested in the programs used they can all be found over at www.fractalforums.com/many of the programs are freeware, and come with tutorials. I highly recommend "Mandelbulb 3D" and "ChaosPro" also "Ultra Fractal 5" not free but offers 30 day trial. all 3 programs have an incredibly amazing user friendly interface. In this day and age, to get this 3D printed would be very simple im sure, and not very costly at all either. Since you mentioned it, I'm going to have to look into it. Mainly because I just pictured one of my plant sitting in it. Thank you for the great idea. Cheers.

What do you think of what i'm using as my avatar image? It is the sole survivor from when i started in 2005. About 50 images were destroyed in a massive computer failure. somehow my computer was stored between two 15" sub woofers. I am actually quite grateful that it survived. It's my favorite, primarily because I see it as a reflection of myself.
