I'm new around her and just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I grow carnivorous plants, cacti, and random other plants that interest me like Japanese maple. I am trying to increase my collection of plants looking around for seeds here and there.

When accessing through the browser it says the forum has reached its spacelimit for attachments, I even edited the photo so it was 20kb big.. I was going to show off my nepenthes my pitaya and my glow in the dark mushrooms. When I can post pics I will.

You'll need to upload your pics to a photo-hosting site(ie. photobucket) and use the link to post an image, the forum hasn't been able to host photos for a while.

When a plant does poorly or dies there's always some cause(s), we just don't (usually) know why. Almost always it's a mismatch between the conditions we provide and what the plant expects.

Lloyd has the right idea, it's usually about climate. Plants always have warning signs too so actually seeing the plants or pictures would greatly help identify. That sucks that the forum has no space left.. I don't really use any of those file sharing sites like that. My forums are about as close as it gets.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I'm from Ontario. I just bought a bunch of new cacti today I'm not sure what they are but they are pretty, along with one witch I do know , added a Christmas cactus to my collection today. Still I seem to be having trouble finding carnivorous plants or seeds for them, I've been trying to find someone sorta local because I have a tendency not to trust that the seeds are what they say they are and often online stores offer no response to my questions so I abandoned that. If anyone knows where to get some cheap ish carnivorous plant seeds or has some they would want to sell I would greatly appreciate that.
