I got the same problem I us moved my desk right below the window and put my plants there,sometimes open the window that wrapping your closet won't the rise in temp cause a fire??

Nah. Its not sealed keeps it nice and warm in there its that reflective safety blanket stuff foil like stuff. Highers humiity or seems to by 5-10 % . and keeps it up longer when i get around to misting lol

...D'Amato says that Cephalotus Follicularis does require a winter dormancy. My Ceph's will be going 'to sleep' for a couple months at least. Cheers.

Mine get a "rest" along with the orchids and everything else I grow each fall when I leave the basement window open and let my plant area cool down to 10 or 15. All I've ever noticed is a slowing in growth and some pitchers turn yellow and die. Never been lucky enough to have flowers.

Mine grow like this...
They grow like mad throwing leaves and pitchers left and right. Then they slow to almost a stop. Sometimes for a week sometimes for several. Then it's back to growing like a weed again. Dormancy is required for flowering. My plants seem to rest when they want reguardless of light or temps.
Just expect brief pauses in growth. Older pitchers shrivel and die off for me when this happens but are quickly replaced once it decides to grow again
