Hello guys, Allow me to present you my 4 hrs of work. I am making this as a little secret for the canadian CP community ...indirectly. Hint: In a means to help a fellow retailer. I guess that is enough said. Anyways.....I am really impressed by my work. It takes quite some time to do this. I basically take REAL life photographs...then I use photoshop to painstakingly outline out the feature required. The veins on the sarracennia are all drawn by hand...I used progressive brush sizes....5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The resolution for the preview is real small...but full size is around 1280 by 1024. I didn't want it to be directly used in some form from a googling image searcher....hence the watermark and low quality. All the CP "shapes" + texturing are done completely by hand manually. This is what I get after polishing up the shapes and removing the photo used to trace. This technique is a second generation adaptation based on the way I used to make the OCPS logo a few weeks ago. The work was done in photoshop CS3 beta.I love this software. cheers, varun
