No i didnt ,i had the physotanary paper for two plants, but next year i will get a import permit in advance and all the paperwork needed.

You wouldn't have needed an import permit for bringing them across yourself. All you need is a phyto when you cross in person.
How did you get a phyto and how come it was only for two plants?

The two plants were from california carnivore and i ask for one. And the others plant were from dean Cook and a private grower.
