Hi guys, I finally finished my semester exams today. Phew! lol! So till Jan 2nd, I am free... ..I am planning on doing a few things for my CPs....return this stupid yellowish 32 watt CFL GE and get the simple gro and sho 20 watt tube and try it out instead and see if the nep responds better. Also I am going to get bigger water container...like 2 gallons or more to have a big reservoir to take to uni next sem. Also I will show u guys the latest pics of my plants as soon as I go and show how red my freakin B52 is . lol! Also I will buy a lot more bugs...crickets + wax worms for the plants. good times ahead. cheers, varun PS:: Also gives me another opp to go and check out garden centers for unexpected CP's. "fingers crossed" PS:: Lloyd...good news... I suddenly spotted a single stolon...the one with the leaves which u gave which was under moss for a while now has 3 new leaves. ...so its not all lost.

I'm glad my U. calcyfida is showing signs of life. I was sure it would be Ok. You will have flowers in the spring. Remember to take the flowers off when the petals are gone to avoid run-away bladderwort syndrome.

yeah...I felt bad that I got something from someone and was unable to keep it alive. But looks like 2 stolons are making it. There is one stolon which is still fully green and I actually noticed it now has a new leaf. I'll get pics later tomorrow when I go back home.

Vraev: Don't feel bad, I have always killed off any aquatics sent to me up to now. My latest U. gibba from Tom isn't doing too badly in my aquarium, at least it's still alive. Hopefully my aldrovanda will be Ok when I take it out of dormancy. I also have some healthy mini D. diehlsiana that were almost invisible when I got then so sometimes you just have to wait (or try again).
