I'll be moving a 5' tall N bicalcarata into my greenhouse, courtesy of my old friend, Lorne D. Some of the old pitchers on it are about 4" tall. The monster is also as wide as it is tall... and unfortunately many of the leaves were torn when we tried to untangle the beast from all the ampullaria stems it had shared its space with.
I'll make a few cuttings of the basal growth and will moss them up... hope they root. If so, I'll make it available next year for a trade or whatever.
I also have some ampullarias back into my greenhouse... with largest pitchers at approx 3"
I'll take a few photos tomorrow and will post them.

Hi all, just got back home... after some long travels. Unfortunately the bical plant took a beating in the heat of the car... many of its leaves and pitchers blackened after hours in the back of the car. It's pretty sad looking at the moment, but it had been sitting neglected at my friend's place, and I'll nurse it back to health: one of the pitchers... and a collection of leaves and pitchers after trimming the plant for repotting (4" plastic cup for size comparison purposes):
