Those are incredible. I reckon they spend a fair amount of time outside? Looks like there's a Darlingtonia under there but could also be the tip of a psitt. pitcher?

Those plants look fantastic, most of California seems ideal for growing perfect specimens eh?
I have a friend who is a CSI in the L.A. area and several years ago he wanted to try CPs after seeing s. "dana's delight" and some vfts at a local store. He knew I grew CPs and asked me for tips (being a veteran CSI he was really interested in details haha). Every spring, while the snow is on the ground here, he sends me pics of his now-full planter boxes. The climate he enjoys seems to be amazing for growing CPs, but I have not been able to talk him into trying more.

Exact! California rock I have to admit that vfts are my black beast. Ive always had hard time growing them, because im a terrarium guy, and indoor growing is not the best setup for these lil things. So, when i see someone with vfts skillz, im always impressed.
