From what i read when it catches something. Im sure someone will correct me or agree. But the leaves r just sticky right now and when the leaves sense something they secrete enzymes and stuff to digest it. / it might be like droseras where it needs a month sometimes to produce dew?

What kind of Pinguicula is it? There are many different species and hybrids, and it would help to know what you had before offering advice, or a place to look. Usually, if you type the species or hybrid name into google, followed by "care" or "cultivation", you will find something helpful to read. Your plant could also be dormant.

From my experience with mexi-pings, I've found that they have two requirement to make dew. 1. Bright light. Growing your plants a few inches under a shop light, even if you use T12 tubes, will make a huge difference. 2. Moisture. If the plants have access to water and are not being threatened with drought, then they will grow and make dew under the bright lights that you provide for them. I do not grow any of my mexi-pings under any kind of dome or enclosure, and they all seem to dew up quite well. dvg
