Hello everyone,
I can't seem to find any quality LFS for sale anywhere online or around where I live. Does anyone know of any stores, online or not, that sell good quality LFS?

I've had good success buying Chilean LFS from Crappy Tire stores near me for a very reasonable price.

Those this moss is equivalent to Chilian or NZ or is it rather like the one sell by Fafard ?

Orchid places often have NZ LFS. I've seen Chilean LFS at a number of on-line and Toronto stores.

I order my LFS from www.agrogreencanada.com/store/. I found that it is pretty good quality and comes back to life easily. Decent prices and ships relatively fast as well.

I've used 3 or 4 3KG bails of the stuff from Just Moss Canada. Its decent stuff, not the highest quality you can get but it is affordable. The guy that runs it is pretty nice too.

I got mine at Sheridan nursaries. Its chilean quality moss and it works well for my purposes. I stocked up couple years ago on 150g blocks. I found the block I got from Ravenvison was "bleached" because when I used it in the same conditions as the chilean moss, it always led to a lot of algae growth. So I ended up replacing the moss with the sheridan nursaries variety, I think the brand is better-gro and as of now, the best variety IMO. For over 8y it has never given me too much algae and in fact, some of it came back to life.

Its very expensive compared to peatmoss. So i use it only for propagation(seeds, cuttings etc).
