Here's a photo of the flower from P. gypsicola x P. moctezumae And here's another of some P. jaumavensis that are trying to form a little ball o' pings. Whenever I try and divide these sorts of growths, I usually end up with 2 or 3 tattered plants and a whole lot of leaf pullings. They usually share one root node and getting more than a couple of bunches of connected leaves with a piece of root is difficult.

Great flowers on that one hal!
I've taken a razor blade to difficult to separate pings with good success.

Nice flower with a cute shape Hal.
I usually take two toothpicks to separate my pings. I put the toothpick between two of them and push gently. If they don't come apart, I try again a few days later.
