Brian, something I use and have in different sizes are glass cloches. I use them a lot, and they work very well for me. They can be found at some of the better greenhouse and gift shops.

You know what Brian, maybe take a quick look in various thrift/second-hand shops, they often have oddball glassware, and it'd be cheap AND in hand when you actually pay for it, the one at Lake and Albert might just have what you need

Jar will be here in a week. A lot of google was needed to find a shipping path. Lenynero, what kind of sundews are you growing in there? Mabudon, I'll PM. Got a lot of sarrs to give away or trade so maybe we can set something up.

Ikea offers a huge glass jar for $29, you can top it off with a glass saucer (crummy tire about 2 bucks). found out too late, maybe next time.

Just noticed a ping leaf pull in one of my little glass jars has plantlets growing out of the leaf itself... plus my ceph pitcher pull is coming along great in a sealed jar by the window. ;D

idk if it's a little late to throw this in, but homesence has giant jars like you speak of, 9-10 inch mouth, 16-20 inches deep, or something along those lines... i have a pic of it in my photobucket, i'll post it when i get the chance... cost: 16$

I'll post a shot when I get a chance but I have a huge glass vase from Ikea I put a glass plate on, a big barrel jar and 2 different size jars from Mall-Wart.. OK for now!
