Hey Folks, Thanks to a long time CP friend from Geneva, I was fortunate to receive late last year a few uncommon Spanish pings. I got the camera out a few days ago and snapped a few pics. These plants are growing under lights in my unheated basement and loving the cool winter conditions. Most Spanish species (except P. nevadensis) like a little limestone added to their growing mix. Hope you like them. P. mundii from the Rio Mundo Springs site - still a young plant P. vallisneriifolia from Cerreda de Elias. This species develops long spidery leaves and sends out runners like D. prolifera P. vallisneriifolia from Siles P. longifolia ssp. longilfolia from Bielsa in the Spanish Pyreenes P. longifolia ssp. longilfolia Bielsa, Pyreenes P. dertosensis from Sierra di Carzola P. dertosensis from the Hoz de Betata site Great growing, Rob

Rob, congrats on successfully growing what looks to be a fairly delicate and at times tricky group of temperate Pings. And thanks for taking the time and effort to share these with all of us. dvg

Thanks guys for your comments. Its still premature to claim long term success but I think my current indoor conditions seems to be working well, as the plants are much larger than last year's growth. Will keep you posted...
