Hi guys, Most of you guys already know...I have a big (1.5 foot leaf span) N. bical which thrives even in "highland" conditions for me. However, its starting to get too big for me...and I am considering on selling it. This is not that great of a pic...but...the unfolding leaf has already unfolded and its making a pitcher. I am thinking that since a few of us are planning up on meeting in toronto soon, perhaps if negotiations are good, I can bring it over there and the new owner can just take it as is. I spent 40$ for the bical when I got it two years ago. So yeah...anyone interested...please PM me your offers. cheers, V

That's a beauty, what's the circumference around all the leaves.

well...circumfrance is hard to say Lloyd..... becos each leaf is bigger than the one before. Thats why...based on the newest leaf.....leaf tip to leaf tip....it is 1.5' . I have got two PMs from both Rug and HB. However...ppl are asking about shipping. Well....my camera is dead...but I used the phone to just take new pics. I took the bical out and took pics just now. You will clearly see why this plant is hard to ship with the pot. Also.....I am 100% sure that a plant like this...which is known to be finicky....will not like being disturbed from the pot. That means...to get it looking this good with a rosette of pitchers is going to take atleast another year. BTW...fun facts: - Some of the foliage and pitchers on this plant are over 1 year old and still going strong. - In winter...the plant only slows down but still does well....makes a leaf once every 2-3 months. - In summer...it started off making a leaf per 2-3 weeks. - That pot is 8 inches wide. - Media is 100% LFS - Pitchers are nice and tough. - Pitchers on every leaf. Every pitcher is progressively bigger.

Does it live in a terrarium or a controlled environment?

no terrarium. I have been growing it inside those canadian tire indoor greenhouses. The humidity is around 60-70%.
