Are you asking if you should isolate U. subulata? Seriously? Get rid of it. You can't isolate it. The cleistogamous flowers will seed before you even notice them. If you want to grow it, put it into a tissue culture container with a hermetically sealed cap and then grow it in a sealed baggy in a different part of the house without central heating/cooling. Once you are tired of it, autoclave the container before throwing it out, still sealed.
