I bought a nep at homedepot and I was wondering if I should repot it and change the media? Or should I let it be and continue to grow untill it out of room.

Unless it's HUGE, you'd be best to leave it for at least long enough to get over the shock of being at HD and being moved to your house, repotting it is probably unnecessary anyways, until it really starts looking too big for the pot (or if you want it to get real big) then wait a month or two and repot it then... *waits for someone to come and give the exact opposite advice*

Well actually mabudon....Just kidding!!! No he's right, unless there is something wrong with the soil, atleast give it some time to adjust to your conditions. It's probably in the LFS moss right? I'm assuming it's one of the colisanties plants. the one thing I do like to do is flush the medium, which is to say run it under a tap with warm(but not hot) water. this helps to leach all of the chemicals, minerals and other unwanted nasties out of the soil, keep in mind that they use CLF! No wonder they can't grow drosera! Just my thoughts! Sib

And... Should I stuff the few picthers with ants and foliar feed?

Funny Syble (tho as we see with these plants it's pretty common to get a bunch of totally opposite answers to questions, usually they're all correct too darn it) Feeding-Not really necessary- a light foliar feeding probably wouldn't hurt, but you don't want to go giving the poor thing "indigestion"- maybe a betta pellet or two per pitcher, but if you put to much stuff in them they might go wonky on ya (especially ants with all that formaic acid)

Watching for the level of fluid in the pitchers and adding water if necessary?

Oh yes, could do that, it is recommended for making cutting with pitchers root faster as well, good call So how is the little guy doing now, BB??

As I just answered elsewhere, I don't think it is necessary to repot since they don't get nutrients from the soil anyways.
No need to force feed them either. Feed them once in a while if you like but unless your house is much cleaner than mine, they'll help with the fruit flies (no need for flypaper in this house!).
Don't water the pitchers, water the plant if the liquid level in the pitchers is low or non-existant. That is a symptom of low humidity and/or insufficient water, not a problem in and of itself.

Hmmm... After founding this info on the web, I added water into pitchers for a few month (Wal-Mart Neps) - no pitchers die-backs; also feeded them with beta fish food (no incects in the house now, others than rare spider or ladybug) - pitchers grew larger, general burst of grow. Thinking about switching to a krill ("Ocean Plankton"), these are the whole small shrimps - I have them anyway for the aquarium.
What can be used as small humidity dome for one 4" Nep pot (unfortunately humidifying the whole room is out of question until the next big home improvement)? Thanks.
